Man talked down from Sunderland bridge
Emergency crews were called to Sunderland's Wearmouth Bridge where a man was balanced on a wall.
Northumbria Police were called to the scene at 11.06am today where passers by feared the man would jump.
A spokesman for the police said after a short time the man was brought down to safety.
