Stewart Donald confirms he has agreed a deal with new Sunderland manager
Stewart Donald has an agreement with Sunderland's next manager, he has told talkSport this morning.
Donald said: "On the manager front, we’ve agreed a deal this morning, we’re just drawing up contracts now. Hopefully there’ll be news soon.
"I’m absolutely jumping up and down [with excitement]."
The new Sunderland owner went on to confirm Chris Coleman would not be returning.
Jack Ross is the odds-on favourite for the job and as the Echo revealed on Sunday, he has been the new regime's top target for the post.
