Forecasters are predicting a cold and wet Christmas Eve, with a frosty start to the day.
As we head into the afternoon, rain showers are expected to turn wintry, however there could also be some sunny spells.
Temperatures are expected to be no higher than 4°C.
Friday, December 25
Those hoping for a white Christmas are set to be disappointed as the Met Office forecasts a dry and cloudy day.

Saturday, December 26
The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for wind to start from Boxing Day.
Sunday, December 27
The weather warning will remain in place for Sunday however it is expected to remain dry.
